Makes 4 Servings

From the Toolbox:

  • Measuring Spoons
  • Small Bowl
  • Mixing Spoon
  • Cutting Board
  • Chef’s Knife
  • Paring Knife
  • Peeler
  • Grater

Ingredients:

  • 8 oz. plain greek yogurt
  • 1-2 Tbsp sour cream (optional)
  • Grated zest from half a lime
  • 2 Tbsp fresh lime juice
  • 2-3 Tbsp fresh dill, minced
  • Salt
  • Dill sprigs for serving
  • Assorted raw vegetables

Directions:

  • Combine all of the ingredients in the small bowl. Season to taste with salt.
  • Refrigerate for at least one hour. Serve with sliced raw vegetables.
  • You can also use this dip as a spread for sandwiches.
