Makes 4 Servings
From the Toolbox:
- Measuring Spoons
- Small Bowl
- Mixing Spoon
- Cutting Board
- Chef’s Knife
- Paring Knife
- Peeler
- Grater
Ingredients:
- 8 oz. plain greek yogurt
- 1-2 Tbsp sour cream (optional)
- Grated zest from half a lime
- 2 Tbsp fresh lime juice
- 2-3 Tbsp fresh dill, minced
- Salt
- Dill sprigs for serving
- Assorted raw vegetables
Directions:
- Combine all of the ingredients in the small bowl. Season to taste with salt.
- Refrigerate for at least one hour. Serve with sliced raw vegetables.
- You can also use this dip as a spread for sandwiches.
