Dirty Olive Loaf Rolls

Yield: 12 Servings

Ingredients:

  • 1 package Zataran’s Dirty Rice Mix
  • 1 lb. olive loaf
  • 10.75 oz. can tomato soup
  • 1 pack dinner rolls (12 count)
  • Salt and pepper

Directions:

  • Prepare Dirty Rice mix with 2 1/2 cups of water as directed on the box.
  • Grate olive loaf on the largest bladed side of the grater.
  • Combine the prepared rice mix, olive loaf, and tomato soup and mix thoroughly.
  • Season with salt and pepper.
  • Slice dinner rolls open leaving one side attached.  Hollow out the inside of the rolls.
  • Stuff the rolls with a hearty amount of filling.
  • Fold rolls back together, and place in a roasting pan.
  • Cover with foil and bake 20-25 minutes or until heated through.
  • Serve hot or cold.
