Dirty Olive Loaf Rolls

Yield: 12 Servings
Ingredients:
- 1 package Zataran’s Dirty Rice Mix
- 1 lb. olive loaf
- 10.75 oz. can tomato soup
- 1 pack dinner rolls (12 count)
- Salt and pepper
Directions:
- Prepare Dirty Rice mix with 2 1/2 cups of water as directed on the box.
- Grate olive loaf on the largest bladed side of the grater.
- Combine the prepared rice mix, olive loaf, and tomato soup and mix thoroughly.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Slice dinner rolls open leaving one side attached. Hollow out the inside of the rolls.
- Stuff the rolls with a hearty amount of filling.
- Fold rolls back together, and place in a roasting pan.
- Cover with foil and bake 20-25 minutes or until heated through.
- Serve hot or cold.
